I permit WILTSE BROTHERS BJJ LLC to use these photographs or recordings on its website, social-media accounts, printed materials, advertisements, and other lawful promotional materials without compensation.

I understand that granting permission is voluntary and is not a condition of membership. I may revoke permission for future use by providing written notice. Revocation will not require WILTSE BROTHERS BJJ LLC to remove materials already printed, published, distributed, or posted before the revocation was received.

I grant photo and video permission.
